EcoPrint

A new website was launched this week for Southwell based EcoPrint. Using water based ink and recyclable poly textiles they offer eco-friendly options for flags and banners. Replacing an aging ‘build it yourself’ site, the new website uses WordPress with the WooCommerce ecommerce plugin to sell online. The new site also runs on our green web hosting.

WordPress setup

All the page content and product details are editable using WordPress and we added a selection of quality plugins to add the contact forms and extra WooCommerce features. Custom fields were used to make the homepage boxes and banners editable at any time.

As EcoPrint are very busy people, we helped out with entering the product details and other content while they got on with their day to day jobs. We also added redirects from all the old website pages to their new versions to keep any search engine links that have been built up.

Design

A fresh design was created to match the existing logo and converted into a clean, fast WordPress theme.The latest news panel and Twitter feed keep things current and featured products funnel visitors into the product pages to encourage sales.

Google Adwords

We have also helped EcoPrint with their Google Adwords management. It’s easy for Adwords to get out of control if it’s not managed, so we optimised the ad copy and ad groups as well as adding ecommerce tracking to the new site to show which ads are the most effective. Adwords is working extremely well for EcoPrint and is a great example of how online marketing can grow a business.
